All Pros Make Ready is a locally owned and operated family business. We pride ourselves on offering a high-quality professional service at a price you can afford. We offer free estimates and upfront pricing with no hidden fees. While we do offer a variety of home improvement related services we specialize in the residential turnover and make ready industry. Our services are available to apartment complexes, property managers, investors and homeowners. We have over 30 years' experience in the industry and are fully insured.
JOHN
Born and raised in New York, John studied architecture and engineering at NYIT. He has over 33 years' experience in the residential home building and remodeling industry. He worked as a tradesman in virtually every building trade from 1989 - 1999 before taking on a position as working foreman for a custom home builder. He went on to become a project manager for a Prestigeous custom home builder in Florida before starting his own home improvement business with his son back in 2010. His son eventually moved into a different industry and John became focused on the make ready aspect of the business. There is not much that John is not knowledgeable or experienced with in the residential home improvement industry.
