What a breath of fresh air. I own several rental properties and have had numerous bad experiences with contractors in the past. John confirmed his appointment with me the night before AND confirmed again 30 minutes before our appointment. Who does that anymore? He was honest about what could and could not be done with my budget and worked with me to get the most out of the money I intended on spending on each of my projects. He and his crew do an excellent job. They are friendly, easy to work with and are very upfront with everything from pricing to expectations. I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on a property.

We are doing multiple projects for this client. Below is some cabinet resurfacing in his home office. He went from natural dark wood to a grey color. Same client had floor to ceiling mirrors removed from a wall in the living room. We removed the chunks of mirror glue, patched the drywall, textured to match then primed the wall for paint. The carpet is being removed from this room next in addition to painting and more. Stay tuned for updates on this project.

"My business partner and I own over a dozen rental properties, some of our properties are annual rentals and some are VRBO rentals. We have been using all pros make ready for just over a year now. They do our cleaning, painting and maintenance/repair work for us. Whenever we buy a new property, we also hire them to do the initial prep work and staging. We recently evicted a problem tenant who trashed the property and left a lot of trash behind. "We usually have our maintenance staff get our vacant apartments ready for the next tenant but with 260 apartments we sometimes get behind. We have outside vendors that we use as a backup for the busy months, but last month we had an unusually high number of move outs, our maintenance staff was short staffed, and our normal vendors were too busy to fit us in within the prescribed time. I reached out to All Pros, and I am so glad that I did! They showed up the next day, went over our budget, looked at the apartments we had vacant, and matched our existing vendor pricing. "Thank you for coming through for us! Our bathroom remodeling contractor kept raising the price of our remodel throughout the project until he finally walked off the job altogether. Trying to secure someone to do the final work was not easy. Between the no shows, the guys who never sent us an estimate and the ones we just didn't trust hiring, it was exhausting. Then we found All Pros Make Ready. John confirmed his appointment with us for the estimate, showed up on time, and emailed us his estimate that night. The price was great, so we hired them. Their rates are good, the quality of work is excellent, and the communication is the best we have ever experienced. All the workers are polite, easy to work with and eager to please. It is refreshing to know that there are still honorable contractors out there who take pride in their work and do it at a fair rate.

My wife works as a leasing agent at a large apartment complex, so when we purchased a used pop-up camper and wanted to have some work done to clean it up, she knew just wo to call. John at All Pros Make Ready, the ones who do all the work at the apartment complex she works for. John came out and gave us a proposal that was terrific. He was on time, polite, upfront with the pricing, and set a reasonable level of expectation for the project. When the camper was complete, we were just amazed by the transformation. John not only met the expectations, but he also exceeded them! This was a very easy and pleasurable experience. We now refer them to every one of our friends, neighbors and co-workers.
